Rock’n’Swing Dance Club Comets is a non-profit association that aims to provide quality hobby and competition activities at a reasonable price for rock’n’swing dance enthusiasts of all ages.

The activities of the dance club are based on the activities of volunteers. All the association’s income is allocated to the development of the association’s operations.

Only members of the dance club can participate in the dance courses organized by the club.

Membership fee

The membership fee is 25 euros and is valid for one calendar year. It is not possible to pay half the membership fee.

The membership fee provides more than the following services and benefits:

afforable seasonal and intensive dance courses
free dance dance parties
free practicing opportunities
discounts with a membership card from the club’s partners
right of representation in rock’n’swing dance competitions
inexpensive club products

Support membership fee is 200 euros.

There is no fee for honorary members and honorary chairperson.

Dance courses

Seasonal courses for adults

Members belonging to discount groups can receive a € 20 discount on adult’s seasonal courses (12-14 classes). Students, pensioners and the unemployed are entitled to discounts. Send your proof of certificate to alennus@comets.fi before the course starts.

Seasonal courses for children

Children's dance 12x55 min 99 €

The club has a sibling discount. The sibling discount means that the oldest child in the family pays the normal season course fees and other siblings in the same family have a sibling discount deducted from the children’s season-long season course fee (-10€).

Workshops

Beginners bootcamp 2x90 min 25 €

The prices of the intensive courses are determined by the duration of the course, the coach and the age group. The prices of the intensive courses are announced in the course description. There are no discounts for discount groups on intensive courses.

Events

In general, parties are free for members, unless they feature a band.

We don’t accept sport or cultural benefit as a payment method.

Non-members can buy tickets for dance parties with Vipps MobilePay (Finland, Norway, Denmark) or online payment (coming soon).
